LOVE, NILS Ltd has a whistleblowing policy in place to provide a framework to promote responsible and secure whistleblowing, to foster and to maintain a culture of openness, accountability and integrity within the organization. LOVE, NILS Ltd does not tolerate any malpractice, impropriety, statutory non compliance of wrongdoing by Board, volunteers (including any member of the sub-committee), staff or service providers in the course of work. The whistleblowing policy serves as a channel for any person to raise concerns about possible improprieties in matters of financial reporting, fraudulent acts and other matters within the organization to ensure that arrangements are in place for independent investigations of such matters and appropriate follow up action by the Review Committee comprising Chairman, Secretary, Audit Chair and HR Chair.
